  • Mental & Educational
  • Spiritual & Ethical
  • Social & Cultural
  • Financial & Career
  • Physical & Health

For me, the key is to sit down and think about how much time gets devoted to each part of your life and ask yourself: Do you have balance? So the next time you feel as though you don’t have the right balance, take some time to think about the vital areas of your life and write your priorities down on paper so you can see in black and white how much time you are spending on the various aspects of your life. When your daily aspects of life keep you busy you can sometimes lose your self-awareness of how much time you are spending on things. Give it a try and alleviate the disorder in your life!
