Administration Assistant- Change Management & Communications

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Support/ Administration professional to join this highly dynamic, fast paced change program department. Providing support for the team of Change Managers, this role will have a variety of functions, including the following;
– Coordinating Stakeholder meetings and updating stakeholder analysis spreadsheets, record meeting attendees, updating stakeholder communications, identifying any issues in project scheduling
– Proactive follow up of project and action management register
-Coordination of training schedule and logistics, training program coordination
Supporting the change managers and projects in general. Ideally you will have a background in administration with exposure to change management and project support. advanced Microsoft Office skills, any exposure to project management applications/systems would be highly desirable.
