They offer a range of products and service including IT security, disaster recovery, cloud, infrastructure and managed services to clients across all industries nationally.
They are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic part time administration assistant to support their finance team. The role liaises across all internal staff and has contact with customers and suppliers. The culture is dynamic, energetic, high performing and fun! In this role you will enjoy variety in your work, along with flexibility with working hours.
Your day to day activities include some of the following:
- Managing all incoming calls
- Booking meetings, attending meetings and taking minutes
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Putting together presentations
- Scheduling training, putting together training packs and materials
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous administration and team support experience within a commercial environment
- Proficient with Mi
- Be available to start immediately and able to work 30 hours per week
