The role:

This position is an exciting opportunity for a bright and willing individual to take on new challenges and to expand on their existing administration skills within a financial services environment. This role will afford you a variety of transferable skills, and a friendly team to work with.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Manage meeting rooms, answering phones and basic reception duties
  • Diary management
  • Managing post and correspondence
  • Managing disbursements
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Liaise and work with off-shore team
  • Assisting with invoice preparation
  • Adhoc administration duties as required

To be successful in this position you will have the following:

  • A background in reception or administration (ideally with a professional services environment)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • High personal presentation standards
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (intermediate)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
