Using your skills and experience, you will be required to build collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners to achieve the knowledge required to prepare a resourcing implementation plan for the executive. This paper will include a number of supportive business cases to provide rationale for the recommendations proposed to executive. Proposed recommendations are due to executive by mid-2019.
*Clearly determine resourcing needs and required next steps for actioning the new strategy.
*Generate strong business cases that clearly articulate the process of arriving and meeting strategic targets
*Prepare an executive paper outlining any recommendations and actions taken
*Provide real time, reliable and readily accessible intel and data to executive staff for strategic, operational and tactical decision making
*Routinely, undertake research and prepare reports and presentations with relation to the subject matter. Effectively report on the roles success measures and individual performance goals
*Investigate and document the current processes the Workforce Reporting team uses to determine the departments current workforce demographics
*If required, propose a future method of collection and the resources required to collect the workforce demographics that meet the needs of the new strategy
*Undertake activities related to the implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion
