Overview:
The purpose of this role is to undertake process modelling, analysis, design, monitor analyse and review business processes to identify gaps and enable process improvements. In addition develop supporting material and input on training for operational processes.

A summary of skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
* Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology
* Experience in running Process Maturity Programs
* Understanding of customer journey
* Experience in Process architecture, landscape, value stream and modelling BPMN 2.0
* Process measurement, data collection and analysis
* Process redesign, continuous improvement
* Process monitoring and control
* Customer communication skills and workshops
