Case Manager- Bankruptcy Investigations

The Insolvency Officer will work as part of a team performing 1st line registrations, investigations and administration of cases of insolvency and bankruptcy. Working in a high volume, fast pace environment, there are lots of opportunities to take on additional responsibility and progress quickly within the department.
Specific aspects of this role will include the following;
-Gather information and investigate cases of potential insolvency/ bankruptcy
-Identify and refer matters for escalation
-Produce recommendations and reports for management and stakeholders
-Work collaboratively as part of a team to drive innovation and achieve targets
To be successful in this role you will require either commercial experience in a similar investigative role, OR come from an academic/research background with demonstrable commercial customer service skills and an ability to deal with the public in quite stressful situations.
