Case Officer- Accountancy Graduate ideally with Collections
Graduates and Trainees
The Case Officer will be part of a team responsible for the Assessment of Issue Applications ( Contributions Received by Individuals), in accordance with Legislation, Established Operational Practices, Policies and Procedures.
Ideally you will be an Accounting Graduate ( or similar) and have previous information gathering and investigation/ research experience. Key aspects of this role will include the following;
-Manage allocated case loads through to completion, identifying and referring any matters for escalation.
– Maintain corporate and legislative records in accordance with established requirements, ( trustee file management, case notes).
-Produce routine correspondence and reports for stakeholders
– Engage with clients and 3rd parties for preliminary enquiries.
– Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvement
– Understand and comply with agency risk management framework and relevant legislation.
Contribute to identification, reporting and mitigation of risks in your area.
