Case Officer, Insolvency Investigations- Entry Level Opportunti
The Case Officer will be part of a young and dynamic team involved in the assessment, investigation and administration of bankruptcy cases in accordance with legislation and best practices processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
-Investigate allocated tasks, eliciting and evaluation, examining information gathered.
-identify and escalate more complex issues
-Generate correspondence and and reports for key stakeholders
-Maintain corporate and legislative records in accordance with established requirements ( case notes, document management).
– Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice and continual improvement.
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following;
– A degree qualification ( ideally Law or Finance related) with demonstrated academic success
– Exceptional analysis, research and investigative skills
-Highly developed communication ( written and verbal) skills and customer service experience.
– Prior case management experience will be highly desirable.
