The Insolvency Officer will work as part of a team performing 1st line registrations, investigations and administration of cases of insolvency and bankruptcy. Working in a high volume, fast pace environment, there are lots of opportunities to take on additional responsibility. This would Suit a Law or Accounting Graduate with a passion for research and high level investigative skills.

Specific aspects of this role will include the following;

-Gather information and investigate cases of potential insolvency/ bankruptcy

-Identify and refer matters for escalation

-Produce recommendations and reports for management and stakeholders

– Liaise with Property Managers, Tenants, Banks & Government Departments

-Work collaboratively as part of a team to drive innovation and achieve targets

To be successful in this role you will come from an academic/research background (fresh graduate or Masters) with demonstrable commercial customer service skills and an ability to deal with the public in quite stressful situations.
