The Contracts Administrator/ Commercial Advisor will be a key member of the project delivery team engaged in this major infrastructure project ( road and tunnel). With frequent interface with all members of the project team, this role will require strong drafting skills for contractual correspondence, as well as exceptional verbal and written communications.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate the following;

– A degree in Civil Engineering ( or related) and an understanding of Engineering concepts

– Very strong organisational skills, attention to details and demonstrate initiative and drive.

-Experience in the management of significant construction contracts ideally with both PPP and D&C style contracts.

– Experience in cost estimating will be a plus but not essential.
