Customer Relations Consultant
Call Centre and Customer Service
This Customer Relations Consultant is a fast paced and rewarding role that requires a strong team player to join the already existing high-performing Sales & Marketing team. We are currently looking for someone who has customer service/guest relations experience and passionate about providing a high customer service experience.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Answering inbound phone calls arising from customers, dealerships & brokers
- Outbound calls to existing customers
- Provide clear and accurate information and updates to customers
- Multi- task and manage your time effectively to contribute towards a variety of other duties, from administration, follow-up calls, responding to correspondence and other adhoc requests from customers and management
Skills and experience
- Candidate must have professional English & Mandarin Language Skill (verbal & written)
- Strong customer service experience face to face and call/contact centre experience
- Strong telephone communication & listening skills
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of a Windows based environment specifically Excel
- Salesforce experience advantageous
- Enthusiasm and interest in the Company’s products & range
- Ability to work both as part of a team & as an individual
