Temporary Role
Bilingual Mandarin and English Speaker Essential
Immediate Start

$28- $30 per hour + Super

I am working with a client who is seeking 3 x immediately available candidates that are bilingual, excellent English and Mandarin is essential. The role is a Customer Service based position and would be ideal for a candidate looking for an exciting, customer facing challenge. Someone with exceptional organisational skills is essential. The right candidate will be based out of Sydney’s beautiful Darling Harbour.

The role itself is a temporary assignment spanned out over 2-3 weeks and is working within one of Australia’s biggest players within the construction industry, making this position a very desirable one.

We are seeking customer service enthusiasts who are dynamic, proactive and enjoy liaising with customers, ensuring excellent service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer liaison
  • Basic administrative duties
  • Managing phone calls
  • Escalating complaints

Key skills/ Attributes:

  • Excellent Mandarin and English linguistics
  • Previous experience in customer service-based positions
  • Independent thinker/ ability to work autonomously
  • Problem solver
  • Immediate availability
