The Role:

This position is a Customer Service focused position, with a strong focus on the administrative duties that follow. If you are a passionate customer service professional, and have strong coordination, administration and time management skills, then this is the role fo you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the day to day responsibilities of the team
  • Maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate events and programs
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Create reports, presentations correspondence on behalf of the team
  • Collaborative with Shared Services teams and external bodies

Key requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent skills in coordination and time management
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience working with and managing expectations of stakeholders
  • Experience in events or Government departments desirable
