Salaries of $55,000 – $60,000 + Super

We are currently recruiting for 3 exciting and progressive customer services opportunities working for a leading organisation in the CBD offering a dynamic and fun working environment within a diverse and challenging customer facing administrative role.

  • Do you have previous financial services experience and are looking for a change?
  • Role based NOT within a call centre environment
  • 3 X Progressive opportunities with full training provided on a new industry!

Our client prides itself on providing the highest quality customer services and support to its members and requires 3 team members to join its business working at different levels to provide this vital support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and processing of applications, including credit card authorisations and refunds
  • Answering enquires by email, mail and phone
  • Processing payments
  • Handling escalated enquiries and complaints
  • Data entry
  • Processing applications for membership renewals
  • General office duties and electronic and paper filing.
  • Provide back-up to the other staff members
  • Ad Hoc Administration support

Personal Attributes/Experience required:

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Fantastic customer service skills and experience
  • The ability to use initiative and seek assistance when needed
  • Excellent computer skills to include MS Office suites
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive personality
  • Must be a resident of Australia and be able to work in a full time, permanent position.
