Events & Partnership Coordinator

Our client is an established, growing and market leading Investment & Advisory firm offering innovative and state of the art financial services to their clients around world. They have multiple offices throughout Australia, with lots of hiring to support the ongoing growth.

The Role

  • Delivery of all marketing events and shared responsibility of all other events and seminars
  • Maintain and publish weekly a calendar of approved events and seminars
  • Execute administration tasks associated with events, from room bookings/hire to updating website and room set up
  • Manage all internal communication regarding events and sponsorship’s
  • In partnership with Senior Marketing Manager, develop event communication plans to ensure brand and messaging is accurately reflected
  • Manage events and partnerships reporting regime, including producing business cases and post event analysis
  • Identify, evaluate and develop new event opportunities
  • Maintain marketing collateral in Sydney office, including stock control and availability of material in office lobby
  • Assist other areas of Marketing team as required
  • Manage relationships with key sponsorship stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Ensure event activities align with all brand campaigns

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Previous experience in an end to end events management role
  • Experience within the financial services industry will be viewed favourably
  • Prior experience of stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills
