Essential elements of the role:
- This role provides support to Director, Secondary Education and the contribution to the efficient operation of the Secondary Education by providing high quality administration support.
- Processing invoices using the SAP environment.
- Responding to enquiries from within the Department and external agencies in a professional and courteous manner.
- Key features of the role is working closely with the Director, Secondary Education to provide Administration support and meet strict deadlines.
* Experience of Trim / HPRM required
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
* SAP required
