Our client, a global tier 1 professional services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant who can provide Executive support and project management for 2 executives. This person will work collaboratively with your Executives helping them with high profile briefs, managing a variety of projects and communication with their clients.

This position will include duties for multiple (but are not limited to)

  • Schedule and organise international travel itineraries for clients and consultants
  • Complex Diary Management
  • Extensive project management
  • Stakeholder and Client interaction both over phone and face to face
  • Organise confidential communication and documents on behalf of the team
  • Heavy formatting, proofreading, editing and preparation of a variety of documents
  • Professional creation of PowerPoint presentations, reports and proposals

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Senior Executives, ideally within professional services but not essential
  • The highest attention to detail
  • Previous project management experience
