Executive Assistant to CEO

Salary – $80,000 – $100,000 + Super

North Sydney Location

6 Month Contract – Immediate Start Required.

My client is seeking an experienced EA to join its expanding business supporting the CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work for a reputable company supporting a dynamic and driven manager.

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Domestic and international travel bookings
  • Filtering calls and emails
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Coordinating functions and events
  • Providing management support
  • Dealing with high quality, sometimes confidential information.
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Projects as required by the company
  • Development and delivery of new work practises and procedures

You must have:

  • Significant experience as an EA or PA supporting at least C-suite senior management level
  • Superb communication skills
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written abilities
  • Highly developed MS Office skills
