Executive Assistant to Global CFO

Our client, a worldwide design and project management business with fantastic offices based on the Lower North Shore are looking for an Experienced Executive Assistant. This company can offer an excellent package with career prospects and an empowering work environment that promotes team work.

We are looking for immaculate C Suite experienced Executive Assistants to play a pivotal role in supporting the Global CFO based in Sydney.

  • Salary of $100,000 – $120,000 + Super
  • Fantastic flexible working within a wider support team
  • Lower North Shore Location with excellent views from the office

Your duties will include:

  • Extensive and proactive diary and inbox management, phone calls, travel requests
  • Visa and expense claims and reconciliations
  • Develop key relationships with peers internally and with client EAs
  • Liaise with other business units, business managers and business support services
  • Coordinate and schedule local and international travel, accommodation and meetings
  • Organise meetings and agendas, then participate and take minutes
  • Write and compile documents, edit and format documents including reports for Executive and Board Meetings
  • Extract and analyse financial, commercial and industry information to generate Excel and PowerPoint reports
  • Organise and manage team events

Personal Qualifications and Experience:

  • PA/EA experience with previous experience supporting CFO/C Suite Executive
  • Excellent advanced computer skills (MS Office) and ability to use business related social media platforms
  • Excellent time management, organisational and project management skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, have a positive “can-do” attitude, flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to exercise integrity and experience in handling highly confidential information
