Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Our client based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD is a small boutique firm which handles large scale business deals. This opportunity can offer a flexible and rewarding working environment with a celebratory culture. We are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience as an EA who have a background in small businesses.

  • Salary $75,000 – $85,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management and scheduling
  • Being the professional face of our business, greeting clients at the offices
  • Preparing and formatting documents and reports
  • Handling appropriately all calls/enquires that come into the business
  • Managing the database and ensuring records are updated and maintained
  • Preparing invoices
  • Booking travel and accommodation as required
  • Managing office supplies
  • Completing ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Additionally, you will work closely with the owner of the business by providing a full range of personal support.

We are looking for candidates that are highly organised, immaculately presented, and have a proactive approach. This is a role where the right candidate will be able to take on extra responsibilities and become an extension of the business if they take the right approach.
