This is a fabulous opportunity for a Executive Assistant / Team Assistant to join a leading Professional Services firm, based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. This company have been in the industry for over a decade and are going from strength to strength. They have an innovative approach to business and they boast an impressive bank of leading clients.

As Executive Assistant, you will be providing support to two partners and one other in the business. Our client is looking for an EA who is going to be happy to muck in and have no airs and graces about their role. Someone who is able to deal with a fast-paced work load and high level client interaction on a day to day basis.

The Executive Assistant / Team Assistant duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • EA duties supporting 2/3 people within the business –
    • Complex diary management
    • Email and inbox management
    • Coordinating meetings
    • Arranging travel
  • Preparing confidential documents for clients
  • Processing of expenses
  • Managing multiple projects and sensitive deadlines
  • Client/stakeholder engagement
  • General administration support to Administration Manager, other Executive Assistants, and the wider team
  • Assisting with events / client meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested

The ideal Junior EA candidate will have the following experience / qualities:

  • Can do attitude
  • Positive and helpful mindset
  • 3-5 year’s experience in a Team Assistant/ Executive Assistant position
  • Someone who wants to be an amazing PA / EA and has passion in what they do
  • Highly competent Microsoft Office skills and a minimum of 55 WPM
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
