Responsible for managing all claims, providing excellence in customer service via empathic support and accurate guidance to customers. Beyond this the company promote flexible working, wellness at work and there is great culture of proactive, supportive employees.
- Day to day management of customer enquiries and validating reported insurance claims
- Providing customers with empathy, certainty, guidance, support and final resolution of claims
- Process claims and provides ongoing claims acceptance decisions and advice on products
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and follow agreed policies and procedures
- Solid experience within claims with a focus on home insurance
- High attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Sound judgement, decision making and negotiation skills
