As the department is hitting a peak in terms of their recruitment volume, you will be required to provide expert advise and services to clients based on NSW Government and Department of Education policies. You will be managing high level internal and external stakeholders, maintaining communication and assisting with the recruitment process.
This position will be working closely within a team of 2 to perform transactional HR work flows with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. You will also be required to work within the larger team for ad-hoc requirements.
To be considered, you will have:
- Experience within Taleo is essential, candidates without will not be considered
- Strong experience within HR / Recruitment functions
- Strong communication skills and experience communicating with high-level stakeholders
- High-intermediate Microsoft Office skills
