Office Administrator

$60,000 – $65,000 + Super

Sydney, CBD

Our client is looking for a down to earth and intelligent Office Administrator to join their busy team. This company is based in the Professional Services sector and is well established across Australia.

The right candidate will be supporting the Office Manager as well as working closely with HR and IT teams. They are looking for some one who is not precious in the way they take on tasks and someone who can turn their hand to anything.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Organise catering for all office events and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the winder team
  • Assist with and organise the monthly charity calendar
  • Assist with the on boarding of new staff members
  • Order stationary and ensure the kitchen is tidy
  • Co-ordinate food and alcohol stocks and place orders as required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience working within a similar role
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work autonomously
  • Excellent communication style, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Proficient on all MS Office Packages
