Part Time Customer Services Executive
Temporary – 3 Months – Immediate Start!
20 Hours Per Week
Sydney CBD
$26.00 Per Hour + Super

Cox Purtell is currently working with a leading organisation within financial services in recruiting for Part Time customer services executives to work within its fast paced and busy team. The role will involve working 4 days per week, during the hours of 4.00pm until 8.00pm (Monday – Thursday).

This position is perfect for candidates that are looking for 20 hours per week, possibly on a Student Visa or looking for a work/life balance!

To be successful in the role, you will have an empathetic personality, being able to handle a variety of situations and members of the public’s enquiries. You will have excellent communication skills being comfortable in a fully phone-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone and email enquiries for new and existing clients
  • Providing a high level of personalised customer service
  • Confirming client information and transferring calls to relevant departments
  • Data Entry/Administration
  • Handling inbound enquires, and outbound (call backs)

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a phone-based customer services role
  • Strong attention to detail and listening skills
  • Must be immediately Available
  • Must be interested in working part time hours of 4.00pm until 8.00pm (20 hours per week)
  • Must be able to work for 3 months minimum
