Our client, a leading business within the hospitality and leisure sector, are seeking a PA to join its team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is supporting a Director of Marketing and the wider marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take a step up into a large, professional organisation.

- Sydney CBD – Hospitality and Leisure Industry.
- Diary Management
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinating and planning meetings, workshops and conferences
- Preparing reports and other correspondence
- Maintain filing systems
- Preparation of high quality materials including PowerPoint and Excel spread sheet materials
- Processing monthly expense claims
- Administration support to the wider marketing department
Key skills required:
- Great communication, negotiation and coordination skill
- A high degree of autonomy, and the ability to use initiative
- A high level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Previous experience supporting 1 on 1 or within a team capacity
