Personal Assistant
$59,000K + Super

Our client, a leading business within the hospitality and leisure sector, are seeking a PA to join its team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is supporting a Director of Marketing and the wider marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take a step up into a large, professional organisation.

  • Sydney CBD – Hospitality and Leisure Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Coordinating and planning meetings, workshops and conferences
  • Preparing reports and other correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Preparation of high quality materials including PowerPoint and Excel spread sheet materials
  • Processing monthly expense claims
  • Administration support to the wider marketing department

Key skills required:

  • Great communication, negotiation and coordination skill
  • A high degree of autonomy, and the ability to use initiative
  • A high level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Previous experience supporting 1 on 1 or within a team capacity
