An opportunity exists for an experienced PA/EA to join this renowned Australian Financial Services firm. Working alongside a client-facing, dynamic team you will provide comprehensive support to the General Manager of Sales, Product and Marketing.

Previous EA and events experience is essential as the successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to coordinate regular events such as Client Dinners, conferences and sporting events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Assist with events management
  • Travel coordination for GM and team
  • Reconciliation of credit card expenses
  • Preparation of presentations and sales reports

Skills and Experience

  • Previous EA/events experience essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Professional presentation and demeanour
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office
