The Policy Officer will play a key role in allocating, monitoring, assessing and reporting on the timeliness and quality of correspondence and briefs supporting Parliamentary Operations and Campaign Correspondence.
Other specific functions of this role will include the following;
-Work with department wide branches and organisations to enable improvements in all correspondence and storage, reporting on correspondence utilising TRIM record management system.
-Assist Minister’s offices, Secretary, and other organisations with all correspondence and campaign briefings to enable consistent and high quality responses.
-Assist with the coordination of functions and visits
This is a shorter term assignment that has the potential to lead to a longer term ongoing opportunnity for the right candidate.
