They are looking for a sharp and enthusiastic Receptionist to cover for a holiday for 2 weeks.

Some of what you are responsible for includes.

  • Answer the main phone line, directing calls and taking messages
  • Maintain meeting rooms, manage the meeting calendar
  • Greet incoming guests, organising security passes, assisting with setting them up with Wi-Fi
  • Prepare and draft documentation and correspondence
  • Book national and international travel
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Executive Assistants and their Executives when requires

Experience / Skills

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Be available to start immediately
