ROLE

  • Shortlisting relevant applicants for further review as required
  • Manage ad responses to multiple advert postings
  • Candidate search
  • CRM administration and data entry
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Data mining and approaching candidates for opportunities
  • Working closely with management
  • Scheduling interviews

SKILLS

  • Background in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask
  • Have advanced IT office skills and working with CRM’s
  • Have a genuine & happy nature with a can do attitude
  • Being able to connect with people via phone and face to face
  • Be curious and outgoing with a desire to learn new skills
  • Tenacious and resilient by nature
