ABOUT THE COMPANY

One of our esteemed Educational Clients, who are located in the CBD has a need for an Adobe Guru to assist in the final weeks of their annual project. This person will take given reports and documents to compile and organise it all into a portfolio for submission.

ROLE

  • Providing general administrative assistance
  • Understanding basic report structure
  • Transcribing information or tables from a PDF document to Microsoft Excel;
  • Manipulating reports using Adobe Acrobat;
  • Other duties from time to time as necessary as instructed by management.

SKILLS

  • Expert in Adobe Acrobat
  • Previous experience building portfolios in Adobe Acrobat
  • Work accurately and efficiently in a tight deadline
  • Precise communicator, verbally and written
  • Able to move seamlessly from one project to another
