Sales & Operations Director
This global organisation are on the Thomson Reuters “Top 100 Global Innovators” list. They are providing leading professional services in the ICT space across a myriad of industry verticals.
This role functions as the primary Sales Operations contact for the RVP and provides strategic planning, analysis and forecast management for the region. You ensure alignment with Sales by translating the Sales strategy into an operating model and are responsible for implementing and maintaining the Sales Operations operating plan in the region. You will Manage the Operations Coordinators throughout the sales cycle, from forecast and shipment, to delivery, also providing the first level of support and escalation. Provides end-to-end operational support for deals throughout the sales cycle. This role collaborates closely with Country/District Managers, Sales Directors, Finance and Logistics.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and demonstrable success in the sales & operations function of a global tech business. You will be achievement focusd and capable of implementing salles models to achieve required results.
