As a Sales Consultant you will be;

  • Taking full ownership of generating and retaining customers
  • Assist with sales lead opportunities
  • Ensuring customer account information remains accurate and up-to-date
  • Identifying patterns in customer behaviour and interaction and sharing ideas to improving the experience
  • Strives to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Has previous experience in a fast paced sales environment
  • Have high attention to detail
  • A passion for service excellence
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving
  • That you have owned a customer issue through to its resolution
  • A can do attitude
