Senior Administration Assistant

Out client, a busy boutique financial services company are looking for a flexible and self motivated Senior Administration Assistant, to fill in for an extended leave for 4 weeks.
The bulk of your role will be accounting support related, checking, approving and processing invoices. You will also be the “go to” for everything else.
Some of your duties also include:
- monitor and maintain schedule of contracts/payments for cash flow management
- Reconcile Corporate Traveller direct debit monthly billing
- Produce documentation and correspondence on behalf of Director
- Assistance with on boarding new staff
- Undertake research into potential service providers, suppliers and products, gathering quotes
- Set up computers (with help of IT provider) and iPhones for new staff
- Assist staff with using office resources i.e. videoconferencing, smartboard
- Assist with HR administration and documentation
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Exposure to a structured procurement process
- Demonstrated experience completing a variety of tasks
