Senior Administrator (Operations)

Cox Purtell is searching for an experienced, competent administrator to assist with the operations administration for a reactive and highly functioning department.
This is a highly renowned Government Department, with a fast-moving and an innovative work-place culture.
This position is a varied, fast-paced and dynamic role that encompasses your exceptional attention to detail, administration management skills and time management skills.
In this role, you would provide high level administrative, operational and project support to the Principal Manager. This includes developing and managing efficient administrative systems and processes to support effective time management, liaison within the organisation, the co-ordination and submission of briefs and reports, processing and managing performance reporting and providing schedule, risk and issue support as required.
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate:
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Prior experience as a Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar position
- Ideally have exposure to TRIM or HRIS document control systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
