Our client is an established, growing and market leading Investment & Advisory firm offering innovative and state of the art financial services to their clients around world. They have multiple offices throughout Australia, with lots of hiring to support the ongoing growth.
They are looking for a self-motivated administration assistant to support their team of 6 in the Canberra office. A small but busy office, they look after and project manage large Government accounts and security Systems.
Some of what you will be responsible for includes:
- Answering incoming calls and greeting guests
- Supporting the Project Managers with appointments and putting together documentation
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies
- Providing outstanding customer service to customers, helping them with enquiries
The idea candidate (you) will have previous experience in a similar position. Be proficient with Word and intermediate in Excel. You will also have a “customer first” approach and enjoy a varied role. This may include tasks outside your job description.
