Duties and responsibilities:

  • Source candidates- directly and via recruitment platforms
  • Effectively manage end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Prepare and manage job advertisements
  • Develop strategic methods for attracting new hires within the business
  • Managing company expo days
  • Provide guidance and expertise to hiring managers to hire the best talent for the team

Skills and Experience:

  • Willingness to take initiative and seeking longevity in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passionate people person with the ability to engage and influence others
