Admin and Secretarial
This exciting 4-week temporary contract that is likely to extend ongoing. Our client are a successful Insurance company needing support across 4 teams. This is a part time position working 3 days per week starting Monday the 10th of July.
Your day to day activities include some of the following:
- Managing all incoming calls
- Booking meetings, attending meetings and taking minutes
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the 4 teams
- Putting together presentations
- Scheduling training, putting together training packs and materials
This is a high service-oriented role that will provide you with variety, challenges and great exposure to various stakeholders and business areas.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous administration and team support experience
- Be available to start Monday the 10th of July, 3 days per week
