Cox Purtell are looking for dedicated and switched-on administration and team support candidates who are looking to grow their career within the corporate sector. To be successful you must have a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to work well within teams as well as autonomously in fast-paced, busy environments.

An example of duties includes, but we are not limited to:

  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Organising office budgets
  • Coordinating events & project management
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Managing diaries
  • Booking travel & accommodation
  • Collating/drafting documents
  • Managing expenses
  • Reception relief

Successful candidates will have the following requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Team Assistant / Administrator / Personal Assistant in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional Organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Clear written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding, polished presentation
  • Be honest, reliable and dependable
  • Highly attentive to detail
