Team Assistant/Office Administrator

A leading recruitment firm in the heart of Sydney’s CBD are looking for full time Team Assistant/Office Administrator to support the day to day operations of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a business with a collaborative culture with a friendly and relaxed small team working environment.

  • Salary of $55 – $65K + Super

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration based assistance to the wider business
  • Typing correspondences
  • Assisting with client proposals and PSA’s
  • Answering incoming enquires via telephone and email
  • Assisting with the organisation of small functions/events
  • Managing the internal database
  • Maintaining the office work environment, to include 3 meeting rooms
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in office administration is essential
  • A positive and friendly personality able to work in a small team environment
  • Must be a confident user in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills

This position requires someone to work hours of 8.45am – 5.30pm on a Monday to Friday basis.
