Temporary Client Services Role
On-going position – Part Time!
Sydney CBD Location
$40 – $42 Per Hour + Super
Real Estate Licence & Mandarin speaking required!

This is a unique opportunity working for one of our top clients based in Sydney’s CBD in fantastic, modern offices. The role will involve working on an exclusive project where you will be dealing with clients from all over the world. The bulk of the position will involve salesforce-based administration, handling client enquires with regards to products and arranging bookings with clients.

Our client is offering flexible part time hours but needs someone to cover at least 3 days a week in terms of the workload. They would also like candidates to have a real estate licence and be bi lingual – Mandarin and Cantonese is ideal.

This is also an ongoing temporary position, so suitable candidates must be immediately available to start ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling international client enquires via phone and email
  • Discussing products with the clients
  • Sales force administration
  • Booking appointments for clients – diary management
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Handling highly confidential information

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous Customer/Client Services experience from the corporate world
  • Recent real estate licence/a desire to acquire one
  • Bi Lingual – Mandarin and Cantonese is ideal
  • Immediately available
  • Must be interested in working part time hours – 3 days a week
  • Able to deal with confidential information discreetly
