$27.00 – $29.00 per hour + Super

We are currently working with several clients based in Sydney’s CBD and North shore locations that require temporary receptionists to jump on board immediately to provide support.

Assignments often vary in length, ranging from 1 week to 3- 6 months, being ideal for someone who is looking for short term work with an adaptable personality.

Cox Purtell is currently partnering with clients in the insurance, medical, technology, creative and professional services industries so can offer a wide variety of environments to its temps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting visitors and taking calls/messages
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the office/kitchen is tidy and well kept
  • Data Entry/Admin
  • Client liaison assistance – organising meetings, presentations and briefings. Managing client expectations effectively
  • Assisting with event management
  • Ordering catering
