Workforce Planning- Contact Centre

We are looking for someone with experience as a workforce planner and systems administrator within a contact centre.
Experience in the following systems
- Avaya telephony systems, NICE and Verint systems (preferred but not essential).
- Salesforce experience preferred.
The successful candidate with be responsible for managing systems and technology allowing for high quality service delivery for a range of support and outreach services that promote positive customer experiences in line with legislative requirements and service level agreements.
Tertiary qualifications and/or professional/industry accreditation and/or relevant industry experience.
