Hello, I am Jade!

I have over 8 years experience working across the HR function in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Administration. I commenced my journey with Cox Purtell in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant for the Business Support function servicing Financial Services & Banking, Media & Entertainment, Insurance, Legal and Executive Recruitment & Search Firms.

Prior to Cox Purtell, I worked as an HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition at Universal Music Group, the world’s leading music, and entertainment group. I was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments such as; finance, legal, HR, operations, marketing & PR, social media, digital and commercial sales across the Asia Pacific Region.

With a continued passion for people, employee experience, and HR, I have commenced as our People & Culture Manager, where I am responsible for developing and initiating HR strategies across the business.

Outside of the office, I love to spend my free time with my family – two young boys certainly keeps me on my toes! I am also passionate about self-care, low tox living and holistic health.
