With three and a half years of recruitment experience, much of it within the education sector, I bring insight from both sides of the table. Before recruitment, I was in education, so I understand the pressures that schools and trusts face and the importance of having the right people in place. That experience has shaped the way I work today, with empathy, honesty, and a genuine desire to help.
