COX PURTELL INSIGHT SESSIONS
We are back with our first Insight Session for 2025.
Our Insight Sessions are an informal after work event held to provide insights from a specially chosen panel on topics relevant to our clients or candidates. We provide the brains trust, nibbles and drinks, and you grace us with your presence and hopefully come away with a much deeper understanding of the chosen topic. All part of the service when you work with us.
Join us in May for an insightful discussion on how a best-in-class culture fuels highly engaged, high performing teams. We will hear how proactive cultural leaders lead, nurture and change culture for future success. How engaging workspaces enable your team to do their best work, the 3 “D’s” of developing team leaders to run high performing teams, and understanding the critical link between employee engagement and organisational success.. Discover how our panellists work with their clients to achieve this, the challenges, and what trends they’re seeing in 2025.
This session is suited to P&C Managers, HR, Hiring Manager & Management Professionals looking to develop or refine their culture to drive high-performance within their teams, and those wanting to find out what truly engages and inspires your teams to be at their best.
There will be time to have something to eat and drink and catch up with our team, listen to the panel & ask questions, and a chance to chat to them afterwards depending on how long the discussion goes for.
Seats are strictly limited to 100 and we expect to have a waitlist, so please, if you book and need to cancel closer to the time, let us know as soon as you can so we can allocate your ticket to another person eager to learn from our panellists.
