Our Non-Exclusive option runs in parallel with your own in-house recruitment campaign, supporting you in all the key areas like position description development, candidate search, interviewing and selection.


Retained is an end-to-end service unlike any offered by our competitors. We exclusively run a complete recruitment service for your vacancy, operating as an extension of your team so that you have as much control and input into the process as you need.

It includes longer guarantee periods, post-employment reviews at 3 and 6 months, plus preferential fees and payment terms, so it’s great value for money too (see below comparison).

Unbundled Recruiting


Only need some of our services? Unbundled recruiting gives you the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to use only the services you need, like creating a position description, psychometric testing or conducting effective interviews.


Assessment Centre Recruiting


Particularly useful for bulk recruitment, our assessment centre gives you the opportunity to see a prospective employee ‘in action’ and assess their skills, personality and aptitude. The tasks and environments we use give you a meaningful assessment.
