Hybrid role (4 days in office per week)

$45-53ph + Super

Our client is a large property developer that is widely recognized for its fantastic culture and forward thinking, dynamic and fast paced environment. They have offices all over Australia but this role will be supporting the Sydney Office which is located in Sydney's CBD.

The area of the business the successful applicant will be supporting has recently undertaken a digital project that had them revitalise their finance systems. You will be entasked with reconciling the remaining transactions against the general ledger as well as identifying and reconciling any issues caused from the shift of the systems. As this is an autonomous project based role you will be creating the reconciliation process from scratch as well as documenting your process and workflow to share with the service team as the project is finalised.

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience within Accounts Receivable function
• Ability and expertise to work autonomously
• Professional and engaging communication style with strong written English skills
• Ability to start ASAP

Desirables:

• Construction / Property Industry experience
• Experience handling AR function with a high-volume of invoices
