The Opportunity:

A well-established, product-led business in the health, beauty and skincare space, home to a globally recognised skincare brand alongside a portfolio of smaller, complementary brands. As the business continues to invest in its digital and brand capability, they're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join a close-knit, collaborative marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early to mid career who wants genuine autonomy, variety, and hands on exposure across brand strategy, campaigns, product launches and stakeholder management.

Reporting into the Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives across the brand portfolio — strengthening brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

You'll work closely across the business, including deep collaboration with the Sales and Education teams (who together make up around half the workforce), as well as internal teams, suppliers and external partners, to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, product launches and brand activity.

There is genuine room to contribute here — this is a hands-on, varied role with plenty of opportunity to get involved, learn, and grow.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies, assist with budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, and conduct market, clinic and competitor research.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-clinic, events and print channels, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance, recommend optimisations, and support reporting and presentations for leadership and suppliers.
  • Assist in implementing advertising and promotional strategies, and support the planning and execution of product launches — potentially including trialling new products with the Education team.
  • Coordinate with the Education team on training initiatives and the annual education calendar, ensuring clinics receive timely, accurate brand and promotional information.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers, agencies and external partners.
  • Manage document control, approvals, purchase orders and campaign asset tracking, and assist with events, conferences and trade shows.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years' experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role.
  • A genuine team player with the right mindset — collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Education.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator, with strong copywriting and proof-reading skills.
  • Comfortable analysing data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, agile, and proactive — someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told.
  • Flexibility to travel interstate and occasionally work outside standard hours as required.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience within cosmeceuticals, cosmetics, skincare, health, beauty or retail industries.
  • Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or similar.
  • Experience using CRM, CMS, email marketing or social media management platforms.
